When trying to open the IISHost sample, first I get the following error (which is understandable)

When I click Yes, I get the following error.

Creation of the virtual directory http://localhost:10947/ failed with the error: Could not find the server 'http://localhost:10947' on the local machine. Creating a virtual directory is only supported on the local IIS server.

There may be a problem with my ServicePack 1 installation. Investigating.
You have IIS Express installed and VS10 configured to work with IIS Express right?
If so, it sounds like your machine has some problem with the IIS Express install.
