CheckBox Can't be Checked When in Production environment

Hi all

I have a problem when tried to run my silverlight 5 + CSLA 4.3.12 app into production ( Win Server 2008 + IIS )

I have a page which has some check box.

1. When I Run From VS ( F5 ) => I can checked my chekbox

BUT

2. When I deploy into web server (IIS) => My CheckBox Can't be Cheked

Is there any thing I'missing ? or what folder should I deployed into wwwroot ? ( Currently I just deployed a host folder where my aspx page located )

I know this problem is not specific to CSLA, So I'm sorry before about this

BUT I hope someone who have gotten similar problem can help me
