RaiseChildChangedEvents property ?

Just a thought, but should there be a RaiseChildChangedEvents property similar to RaiseListChangedEvents? I'm starting to use ChildChanged where I used to use ListChanged and I'm sure there will be times when it's useful to turn off events when I'm doing bulk changes. RaiseListChangedEvents effectively turns off ChildChanged for ListChanged events but it would be nice to kill them all at times.
