Rocky,

Can u expand the objectfactory with more methods? Like u said, it has already gone down the road and even if the coupling between the business and the factory objects bothers you. Don't mind the encapsulation boundaries for the factory and business objects. They need to be tight coupled if it is constructing and filling the object :)

For example:
- PropertyConvert

And properties like
- IsNew
- IsDirty
- IsDeleted
