ERLB has no Initialize()

Hi Rocky,

I've been playing around with ERLB and CslaGen. This code generator uses

protected override void Initialize()

to setup event handlers (prefetch, postfetch, etc). I found out that ERLB just doesn't have an overridable Initialize method. Is possible to add this to the wish list?
