DataGridView deletes last record with two attemts

Hi Everybody, I am in problem with datagridview that if I delete the last record of the datagridview first time it is disappeared with enabling save button, when i press save button it appears again in the datagridview and if  i delete the record now it deletes it successfully. How can i solve this problem i will be greatfull to those solve me this.
