Probably one for Rocky?

I've been communicating with Blake at CodeSmith about their new templates and one question I asked him was why he didn't make use of SmartDates.  He seemed unsure about whether using them in their templates would be OK with regards to the CSLA license?

Hello,

I have seen them in the codeplex repos but not in the csla core.. Maybe I am missing something.

Thanks

I'm not sure I see how referencing the SmartDate type in a code template is any different from referencing something like BusinessBase<T> in a code template - and I assume they do that?
