I'm creating an application that uses Csla 3.0.5 and somehow I want to create an installer package. Can somebody happen to know what are the possible installer creators that are good and has scripting capabilities aside from MSI or WIX?

I want to automate the following the installation of the following components:
  1. .NET Framework 2.0
  2. SQLEXPRESS
  3. Some U.I. libraries
  4. The application files that I created
