SL3 / N-Tier - Dynamic List Item Deletion

Hi, I'm using DynamicCategories as per the SilverLight Demo007 example, but deleting a row has not been implemented and I can't fathom out how to do it. I can get the RemoveItem(int index) event to fire but thats it. It doesn't seem to work like the other methods.

How do I hook up the RemoteItem(int index) event to call the business objects to delete the item?
