PTWebMvc displays 'page not found' on non-home controller requests

I’m trying to run the ProjectTrackercs – PTWebMvc. It’s configured to use a Custom Web Server in VS. I’m able to get the default home/index page to start, but when I click on any other link it displays ‘page not found’. If I change the default home/index to another controller via Global.asax then the new default displays as expected. Breakpoints are recognized on the home/index but not on the other controllers/actions.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

That project isn't really complete - I was messing around with MVC and needed a demo some time ago, but it is far from a real example...

I think there's a pretty complete example in CSLAcontrib though.
