System.Windows.Interactivity.resources.dll getting generated for no reason.

I downloaded the latest source-code for CSLA (v3.8.2)

Building it gives me a dll with a bunch of folders(for all the languages its included with). I tried to delete the corresponding resource folders from the Properties folder , and recompiling the code does not let go of the folders with System.Windows.Interactivity.resources.dll still in them.

 

I am using ASP.NET 3.5 with CSLA, and dont find the need for this dll. How can I get rid of this?
