Codesmith templates for sync/async

Has anyone posted the Codesmith templates with the SILVERLIGHT directive for Async generation removed? Codesmithtools has it listed as "under consideration" and has been that way for quite a while. As this runs against Rocky's reco to make use of async where possible, I find it puzzling that this hasn't been changed yet.

Hello,

I have a patch that I can send you to remove these directives. We are planning on doing a major CSLA release right after the CodeSmith Generator 6.0 release.
