Release CodeSmith VB 0.9.5 RC Fixed

I went ahead and released the fixes for the Codesmith VB templetes: Codesmith VB 0.9.5 RC

I think I have fixed all Codesmith 2.6 issues. This release is using the new CSLA 2.1 framework.

Is it just me or are there still bugs and missing functions.  I am trying to generate an editable root collection and there are "End Sub" when it should read "End Function" and there is not a "DataPortal_Insert" at all.

My Bad, looking at the wrong section of the book for the missing Insert sub.  Thanks for your hard work on these templates.  They will save me many hours, making the purchase of CodeSmith a no-brainer.
