Silverlight and Core 3.8 video series combo

I have ordered and paid for the Silverlight and Core 3.8 video series combo (Order Id 1640 - $150) and have received a receipt and download login.

However the login only allows me to download the Core 3.8 videos and not the Silverlight videos. I have sent a message to the store, but have received no reply.

Rocky - would it be possible for you to investigate for me.
