Also, the NuGet package for CSLA.EF5 does not have .Net v4.0 binaries, just 4.5 binaries.

Thanks, I have added these as bugs

The 4.5.22 beta from NuGet did not have 4.0 binary for EF5. (Did not check the signing of the 4.5 binary.)

These were GitHub issues #72 and #73, and issue #95 was to resolve.
