Off Topic: How to set a project not to run.

   When you have a bunch of different projects in the same solution, I thought that there was a way tell Visual Studio to not start particular projects.  I cannot find it.  Does anyone know how to do this?

If you right click on your solution, you'll find an item named "Configuration Manager". In this you can select whether or not a project will be built under the current configuration.
