Is there a template for EditableRootListBase?

In the Templates Solution of the 2.1 download, I see a template for EditableRootList but that inherits from BusinessListBase<EditableRootList, EditableChild> and is the template described in the book as an Editable Root Collection.

Is there anything available yet for the v2.1 EditableRootListBase<T> ?

By the way, I'm not looking for a CodeSmith template, I'm just looking for the template that provides the various regions to implement.
