how to unregister EnterpriseServicesHostcs.dll

I'm trying to run the Projecttracker, and  I have different problems over and over.
I registered the EnterpriseServicesHostcs.dll assembly using regsvcs utility (chapter 12), but later I realized I'll go for the same installation path as the oryginal project "C:\Visual Studio Projects\csla20cs\" now I have an error "A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share."
What I'm trying to do is to safely remove the previous assembly, but the only way I found is to run the regedit and remove it from there. Is tere another way to safely remove it?

nevermind, got it...
regsvcs /u path/EnterpriseServicesHostcs.dll
