I too am getting this error ... was there ever a solution posted?  My hoster, Server Intellect, is telling me that everything has to run at Medium Trust.  I'm confident I have my assembly signed correctly and am using the AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers attribute in the Assembly.info files and am still getting this error.  Any help would be appreciated!
