CSLA 2.0 .NET Remoting with Windows 2003 Server IIS 6.0 and NetRun

I've sucessfully configured CSLA 2.0 .Net Remoting using Windows XP SP2 with IIS 5.1 but I'm having trouble porting it into Windows 2003 server IIS 6.0. Are there special configurations to be made in IIS 6.0?

I can run the application, but it wouldn't retrieve the connection string. I use netrun to invoke the application over http (eg netrun http://myserver/Hosted/Appname.exe)

But if I run the application (not using netrun) and my application config is pointing to the hosted .NET remoting site in IIS 6.0 it works.

Can somebody suggest where to start finding the problem?
