understanding of n-tier architecture

Ability
to create complete architecture

scratch

Ability
to lead development team of up to 12 developers

to bring structure to an unstructured development
environment

Experience working with
QA, Tech Pubs, Product Management, Support and Training
departments
o
Experience delivering
commercial software (as opposed
to software that is used in-house)
o
Experience rolling out a
product to an existing user base
o
Understanding or
experience with Microsoft Application Blocks
o
Visual
Studio 2005, .Net 2.0 and remoting experience
o
TFS
experience desired
o
SharePoint administration
experience is a bonus

Banking
