Version 2.1.1 PDF Outline

   I was looking to implement CSLA a while back and back then I believe 2.0.1 was out.  At the time 2.1 was in beta and Rocky was talking about the ability to Purchase a PDF to outline the changes in the new framework.  Kind of an outline to explain the deviations from what is in the book.  Is this still and option?

  I just started a new job about 3 months ago and I am looking to implement CSLA here.  I want to get the latest documentation because I am on a time crunch.
