I need a really good UML tool and it would be a big plus if it would plug into Visual Studio Pro 2005.
The best I have found (feature wise) is here:

http://www.sparxsystems.com/

I would like to know what Modeling tools are recommended.

We use Sparx EA for modelling of use-cases, databases, domain model and user interfaces. I really like it and it is good priced.

I've been using the corporate edition of Sparx EA for a couple of years.  I used it with MDG Link when working with it and VS .Net, but I've been using MDG Integration since the release of VS 2005.

My first experience with a UML tool was with Rational Rose when employed at Coca-Cola in Atlanta.  Due to my experience with Rational, I looked at both it and Sparx before finally opting to go with EA.  All told, I've been quite pleased with my selection of EA.

Love the Enterprise Architect.  And for that price I don't think their is anything that come close.
