RolesEdit webform

Hi
I downloaded the latest CSLA 2.1.3, when I run PTWeb in the RolesEdit page is blank. I can login, add projects and resources. As roles are not added the assign link is not working.
Any ideas?

Figured that the user logged in should have a role of Adminstrator.
