Experience Web Developer

We need someone to join our programming team who has at least 2 years previous web development experience.  This is a direct hire position. 

Candidates should have the following skills:

1. Object modeling with C# in CSLA.NET
2. Skill with SQL 2000/2005
3. Understand database normalization and designing open-ended databases.
4. Understanding of n-Tier development.
5. Speak English clearly and communicate ideas effectively.
6. Be able to work well in a team environment.

This position is the NW suburbs of Detroit (Farmington Hills).  We are a technology centric company that is looking to be more flexible and dynamic for our clients.  Therefore we have decided to bring our programmers in-house instead of outsourcing.  We are looking for someone who can grow with the company and who is looking for a home.
