Invalid rule method (instance methods of the target object not allowed

Can someone please explain what this means

Rocky explains it in detail in his eBook, which everyone should have a copy of.

Bottom line - you have to make the method Shared if you call AddRules.

If you call AddInstanceRules then the method does not have to be shared.
