Handbook download problem

Hi,
I don't know where to post my problem, so I pick up this part of the forum to ask a question.

I asked my coworker to pay for a new CSLA hadbook and it turned out like he did a mistake to paid by credit card to expect a book to be delivered some day later.
It should have been a download step after the payment and he missed it.

Could you resolve this issue to help me to download the ebook handbook?

Any issues can be resolved by emailing admin@lhotka.net with either your store receipt or paypal receipt as proof of purchase.
