ProjectTracker. Display Project List question

For someone it would not be a question to ask....

What I would like to see is that the Project list would be generated based on a list of users to whom the administrator assiigned some projects.

Let's assume that company running 10 projects the same time for different customers and timekeepers with the same role rights can see only some particular projects when the program start.

Some kind of another level of security plus if I would have 1000 projects in my database I would like to limit this list too and perhaps not only by date period..
