I've begun work on a system used to help recover overpayment of insurance claims in a VB.Net-oriented company.  There is currently no framework in place for this system and we're not quite ready for it as we're still in the design phase ... laying out the business objects, describing workflow, etc.  Anyway, I would really like to use CSLA if I could get it approved, so I thought I'd order the ebook version of Expert VB 2005 Business Objects from Apress' site (I have the print version of Rocky's C# book) and maybe print out a few of the salient pages stating the case for using something like CSLA so I could hand them out to the decision makers.  Anyway, after paying for my order via PayPal, I was returned to a page stating their "eBook Terms of Usage" and the only navigation from there was to go "Back to Apress Homepage" ... nothing on there anywhere or anywhere else on how to get my ebook now that it's paid for.

Has anyone else encountered this before?
