Just incase anyone receives the error:
The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

Yeah, there are known side-by-side issues with VS2005 and Orcas, where things on both sides don't work right...
Hopefully Beta 2 will help address those issues - though I think I'll still keep running VS2008 in a VPC until it is released.
