I am embarking on a project that requires me to implement some custom scheduling for my business objects (not automated, just record-keeping). I am hoping someone may be able to point me in the direction of some good resources. The areas that have me scratching my head at this point have to do with recurring appointments/events and how to manage schedule inheritance - in other words, all employees inherit the company schedule but have their own schedule on top of it. Plus, there's always the possibility that an employee will work a company holiday, so how best to handle overrides like that.
I've looked at a bunch of open source stuff but most of what I have found is java-based and difficult to digest quickly. So, hopefully someone knows of a project or resource out there that can help. And if it's already CSLA-based, perfect!!!
