We prefer our candidates to have unique accomplishments in addition to the following qualifications:

• Passion for Microsoft technologies and learning new technologies
• Expertise in object oriented programming
• Expertise in Web and Windows application development using VB.NET and ASP.NET
• Experience with relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server
• Experience with Business Objects / Crystal Reports
• Experience with CSLA
• Experience with client side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with design patterns, object modeling, UML, coding standards, and other best practices
