Links on CSLA pages do not work. It just redirected to itself, after adding www. Please let me know where I can order an eBook? Is it available yet?
Bu the way, I just tried 2.1.4 on ASP.NET. I used CSLADataSource and it binds to GridView fine. But I could not sort, could not edit. At the CslaDataSource1_UpdateObject, all edditable fields could be found in e.Values("FILED_NAME") but e.Values("ID") is null. Any though or any simple samples that I can follow?

There is no printed edition of the 2.1 Handbook, it is an ebook. If you want to print a single copy for your use, you have my permission.
The ebook includes details on how to properly implement paging and sorting. There are several options you can use, and you need to pick the option that works best for your application.
