Searching the forum seems to search whole words only

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or not but when I search the forum unless I search for the exact word I don't get a hit

e.g. Searching for the word
   ActiveObjects
returns 15 results but searching for the word
   ActiveObject 
(no s) returns nothing. Should it not return at least the same as ActiveObjects?

I haven't seen any options for configuring the way CS 2.0 does its searching, so I don't think I can change this.
