Could someone give me some sample code of how they would setup a parent-childlist-childlist where each child in the first childlist contains a childlist.

Go to http://www.dnrtv.com/default.aspx?showNum=60 and listen to Rocky's description of using CSLA with a Data Access Layer (dnrTV show #60). In it he describes a methodology for handling a Parent, Child, Grandchild situation (which I think you are describing). It is really pretty elegant.
