Yes this is exactly what i had done to achieve the above functionality .
as par as the namevalue list confusion is considered , i am having atleast 30 objects to be populated via a name value list collection .so instead of making 30 classese i had achieved the same by using only one common class FillCombos and achieved it .
About the RBAC which i had talked to you a little while ago here is my implementation of the same ,
