Vista home or Business needed for ASP programming?

I'm needing to get a new laptop for the house. Will Vista Home work for programming/testing CSLA asp.net websites? Or do I need to get Vista Business?

I think the key thing you need for doing CSLA website development is IIS. I'm not sure if either flavour of Vista has that. I'd need to go and check the documentation.

Unless anyone else knows?

Vista Business does have IIS 7; I don't think the Home versions do.
