POSITION SUMMARY:
Participate in all facets of the Application Development Life Cycle. Perform analysis, design requirements, develop, perform unit and integration testing, document systems, and train users. Provide production support for corporate Internet and Intranet applications that have been developed in SharePoint, ASP.NET 2.0, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server 2000/2005.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - All job responsibilities listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position:
Perform analysis, conduct design requirements, architect technical solutions, develop software, perform unit and integration testing, document systems, and train users.
Participate in code reviews.
Supervise and lead development teams consisting of internal and external resources on project deliverables.
Provide production support for numerous systems, including on-call support as required.
Investigate, troubleshoot and correct data and user related system errors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Fun to work with.
5+ years experience in role comparable to position responsibilities. Must demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
Microsoft .NET Framework concepts, techniques & architecture with an emphasis on n-tier ASP.NET development. This also includes strong knowledge of HTML & CSS.
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts, theory and practice.
Proficient with C# and VS.NET 2005.
Solid SQL Server 2000/2005 programming including development of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint including architecture, configuration, and development.
Working knowledge of various software products including Microsoft Office, and Visio.
Experience with Source Control systems (preferably Subversion).
Background and experience in implementing small to medium business solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Certifications (MCPD, MCAD, etc.)
Experience with DotNetNuke programming and deployment
Experience with Subversion, XML, SOAP, CSLA.NET, VMWare, web services, UML, and TDD preferred.
Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
