Transaction Manager

I am trying to start project tracker and am getting the following error:

The Transaction Manager is not available. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D01B)

Any ideas how to correct the issue?

I fixed that problem. I needed to Start the Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service.
