In chapter 9 of Expert C# 2005 business Objects, Rocky goes into details about the Windows forms UI,  has there been some kind of document created for WPF and CSLA.NET ?

You would need to buy Csla 3.0 eBook.  I believe it is available on http://store.lhotka.net/

Thanks for you prompt reply,  I do have that ebook, however it doesn't really have a equivalent chapter and I was looking for something like chapter 9.  When I look through ProjectTracker for WPF overall it does follow the same methodology but when you get into the details its very different

I see.  I guess ProjectTracker itself would be your best bet to find equivalent to Chapter 9.

The Expert C# 2008 Business Objects book, due out in December has a WPF chapter like Chapter 9 (but no Windows Forms chapter - WPF replaced Windows Forms).

I know that doesn't help today, but keep watching www.apress.com because they plan to put pre-release chapters online electronically in the very near future. The idea being that you buy the book now, get access to the draft chapters, and then get the paper book when it comes out.
