For those that get code directly from my svn repository, please be aware that I changed things around today.

I'm just getting prepped for the 3.6 release. With luck I'll do a release candidate sometime next week - depends on now Nermin does with the Deploy project. It'd be really cool to have an msi instead of a zip :)

What will the MSI do?  Is it for installing csla, or the sample?  I imagine an MSI for the PTracker sample would help stop a lot of questions from people not getting the configuration correct.  Smile [:)]

The MSI would install the CSLA .NET code, ProjectTracker code, possibly the unit test code.

It wouldn’t be radically different from the zip model, but it would avoid some issues with untrusted zip files, and (might) help with ProjectTracker configuration issues.

And it would make CSLA .NET feel more professional :)

As of now MSI installs Source, has option for Project Tracker, but it also adds Visual Studio integrated Class Templates for VB and C#.  Our plan is to add Visual Studio Solution Templates to this install too.

A lot of exciting things are also happening behind the scenes  as Csla has gotten an automated build/integration server – TeamCity, that will automate the process of building and packaging Csla as well as running automated tests as a part of each build.
