hi,

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:3564

how can i solve this

As a starting point, verify the following:

  1. Are you using the proper IP address to connect to the server ?
  2. Are you using the proper port number ?
  3. Make sure the firewall settings allow said port to receive connections
As it seems you are connecting to the local machine (127.0.0.1), I don't think the firewall would block you, but one never knows.

If you are in SL application, you need to double check your setup to make sure web.config and .ClientConfig match.
