3.0 Templates

Looking at the EditableRoot and DynamicRoot templates, they appear to be very similar, except for code in the Factory Method and Data Access regions. The former uses Criteria objects whereas the latter uses SqlDataReaader. In looking at the Project class in ProjectTracker, I notice it most closely resembles the EditableRoot template.
