Is it possible to populate LocalContext declaratively, by setting certain entries in app.config or web.config.

Dear sirs.
I was wondering if there is a built in support in CSLA to populate the LocalContext declaratively through app.config or web.config.

I realize, it can be implemented quite easily, but I wonder if it has already been done.
