How can I use CslaDataProvider With Window To Add Item to ItemList

I have the follwing classes in BLL :
Project Class - ItemTypes Class [Business List ] of   ItemType Class

I have window For Add - deleting -Editing ItemType That is  in  ItemTypes List

ItemType class  have factory methods With Access modifiers internal

To be called only from its list [ I mean ItemTypes]

ItemTypes is DynamicList 

Project  contains Property of ItemTypes class

So How can I Perform This Entry Form   For ItemType

I need just general Plan
