Hi,
It seems for several days in a row that the site and forum is not accessible from 8:00 to 8:30 in my timezone (GMT + 1.00)

. I figure the site is being backuped or something.
Maybe you know, and do not want to do something about it. But I figured, I just let you know.
Not that it matters much, because most users of the forum are in your timezone, so the most action takes place at other times of the day.
This forum is really cool though. I learn a lot just by following the threads, and posting ocasionally.

Yes, that is exactly what happens. Magenic hosts the server, and they do a nightly image backup which takes it offline for about 20-30 minutes.
While inconvenient, it is a good thing, as we've already had one issue that required a restore, so having that backup was really good!
