CSLA Contracting Role, Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK

We are in urgent need of an experienced CSLA developer to assist in the development of an ongoing project and to assist in getting our company up to speed on the finer-points of CSLA implementation.

The role is will initially be for 6-8 weeks work but has the potential to become longer-term or full-time depending on the success of the applicant and whether they prove a good fit within our small team.

The current project is:
- Winforms client, with Infragistics controls throughout
- CSLA business layer
- SQL Server 2008 backend
- Mixture of VB and C#
- VS2008, .NET 3.5

Applicants will therefore need a solid and demonstrable knowledge of the above skills (except for the Infragistics controls, although experience of using these with CSLA would be advantageous) and will also need to be willing to aid in training two developers in CSLA.

Additionally, the applicant will need a solid understanding of behavioural OOD design and is likely to have 5+ years experience in development of SMB business applications.

The role will be full-time, on-site, at our offices in Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK and candidates will need to be able to start work within the next couple of weeks.  We are looking to interview suitably qualified candidates next week.
