Samples Download - Corrupt Download? (v3.8.0)

This happened to me before I think - but when trying to download and extract the samples for the latest download (3.8.0) I am unable to pull all of the files out of the archive successfully. Looks like I can get most of it - these two won't copy out -

LocalDataPortalUsingWCFService/
LocalDataPortalUsingWCFServiceAsyncRule/

Just a heads up.
