Enterprise Business Application Monitoring

Hi,
I'm looking for a Microsoft-based (i.e. MS SQL) open source or third party solution for "Enterprise Business Application Monitoring".

Specifically, I need to provide our business users with a view of the work being performed by our SOA Architecture (CSLA Business Objects, WF, Biztalk/ESB, etc).


Any suggestions?
