Our client, a government integrator located in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a senior .Net Architect for a 6 month+ contract project. Location: Warner Robins, GA

Duration: 6 month+ contract

 Serve as MS .Net Framework software architect for an enterprise software development program.  Project scope includes sustaining the existing enterprise application framework, migrating existing applications to the framework and developing new applications based on user requirements.  Enterprise application framework is based on MS .Net Framework and MS SQL server.  The enterprise application framework will become the enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.  Work is performed at the customer site at Robins AFB, GA.

Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities independently, which are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment.

 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a computer science, information system, a physical science, engineering or a mathematics-intensive discipline, or an applicable training certificate from an accredited training institution.

Experience may not be substituted for education.

 Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

 Five years of intensive and progressive experience in Object Oriented programming and application development using the MS .Net Framework.

Extensive Knowledge of:

·          Microsoft .Net Framework

·          Visual Studio.Net

·          VB.Net

·          ASP.Net

·          Visual Basic Script

Must be able to rapidly acquire a high level understanding of the current application architecture, technologies, and limitations and guide the on-going transition to the future state driven by new tools and technologies.

Experience with CSLA .NET 3.6, Microsoft Silverlight, C#, K2 blackpearl, AJAX, JSON, jQuery

Experience with SOA

Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF)
